How can it be this cheap?
An e-signature costs very little to process. We run lean, efficient infrastructure, skip the enterprise sales team, and don't charge per seat. You pay for the product, not the overhead.
Are Parapho signatures legally binding?
Yes. Parapho is designed to meet the US ESIGN Act and UETA, the UK Electronic Communications Act and EU eIDAS (simple electronic signatures). Every signer consents to sign electronically, and every document includes a certificate of completion. Some document types, such as wills, may still need wet ink in your jurisdiction.
What counts as an envelope?
One document sent to one or more signers. Quick Sign, where you sign your own PDF in the browser, doesn't count and is always free and unlimited.
Do my signers need an account?
No. Signers open a personal link, agree to sign electronically, and sign on any device. Only senders need an account.
Where is my data stored?
On AWS in the United States (us-east-1), encrypted with AWS KMS. We never sell your data or use your documents to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. You can export every sealed document before you go.
